- Karesi Atatürk House: A reproduction of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s house in Thessaloniki, the building is both a living and a digital museum. Providing information on the struggle for the War of Independence, the museum carries the spirit of Balıkesir, the city of Kuva-yi Milliye.
- Kuva-yi Milliye Museum: The museum was opened in 1996 and consists of two floors. On the first floor of the museum, documents and objects related to the Kuva-yi Milliye period and wax statues of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and his wife Latife Hanım are exhibited. The second floor includes archaeological and ethnographic artifacts of Balıkesir province.
- Clock Tower: The first cylindrical tower was built in 1829 by Mehmet Pasha of Crete and was destroyed in 1897 by an earthquake and the tower was rebuilt in its present form in 1901.
- Shadirvan: It is thought that the shadirvan, which has a dome sitting on seven columns of pink granite, was built in 1908 during the reign of Ömer Ali Bey.
- Zağnos Pasha Mosque: The Zağnos Pasha Complex, consisting of a mosque, mausoleum and bathhouse, was built in 1461 by Zağnos Pasha, one of the viziers of Fatih Sultan Mehmet.
