Invitation to Congress

Esteemed Scientists,

We are delighted to announce that the fourth national tourism congress, which we held in 2004, 2006, and 2008, respectively, will be held after 16 years, and the first at the international level.

IV. National / I. International Balıkesir Tourism Congress, which is organized by Balıkesir University Faculty of Tourism, will be held face-to-face and online on 18-20 April 2024. Our congress accepts only abstracts submission. The language of the congress is both English and Turkish, and the presentations can be preferred in Turkish or English.

We hope that the Congress will bring together you, esteemed scientists, to share current developments, trends, and innovations in the field of tourism, strengthen the bond between tourism researchers and practitioners, and support communication with sector stakeholders. We also hope that the Congress will give an opportunity to national and international academicians, sector professionals, and students to meet each other, share their valuable studies and research, and mutually benefit from their knowledge and experience.

On this occasion, we look forward to host you, esteemed scientists, at Balıkesir University Faculty of Tourism on 18-20 April 2024. We look forward to meeting you in Balıkesir.
